Shippers are respectfully requested to note the NO SPECIAL INSTRUCTION
OR CONDITIONS can be recognized by the Company, unless initialled by the
Company when issuing the Shipping Order.
The Company reserves the right to reject any package found not in good
order and condition.
Neither the Company nor its Agents will accept any liability for the
consequences of cargo being shut out. Carriage of cargo is subject to the
terms and conditions of the Company's Through Bill of Lading and the applicable
tariff.
NOTE :
All transactions are subject to the company's standard trading conditions
copies available on request from the company and which, in certain cases,
exclude or limit the company's liability and include certain indemnities
benefiting the company.
